I paid 220k even though Agoda showed 200k including taxes and fees. The room was fairly clean, but the equipment was old. On 7.7.2023, I found the air conditioner weak and the lock broken, so I couldn't lock the door when I went out. There was a TV, Wi-Fi, hot water, and a fan.

I've rented rooms here many times, so I never expected the staff to treat customers so badly last night. The service was awful. The rooms are fine, but with customer service like that, nobody will come back.
