Hoian Central Hotel

That pool view and outdoor breakfast made for such a peaceful start to the day, and being right by the Old Town entrance meant we could walk everywhere. We’d stayed here once before, and this second visit was just as good. We were travelling with two older adults and two vegans. The team made a different, delicious vegan breakfast for us each morning, and everyone was warm and attentive. When my sister needed to go to hospital, they checked in every day to ask how she was. That care meant a lot. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and we felt looked after in every way. We’d come back without hesitation. An unforgettable five-star stay.

We spent four days here over New Year 2025 and had everything we needed. We arrived late in Hoi An, but the hotel helped us out, arranged our airport transfer, and gave us lots of useful information about local shopping, food and entertainment. The location worked really well: close enough to walk to all the Old Town activity, but quiet enough to relax in the evening. The pool and restaurant area are small and charming, and there are plenty of services nearby. They also arranged easy, reliable laundry service. Our room was clean, and having both air conditioning and a fan was a plus. The staff were pleasant and made sure we had what we needed and were enjoying ourselves. Thanks to everyone, we’ll be back.

The location is ideal, close to everything but still away from the commotion. The free bikes are handy too, and the beach is an easy 20-minute ride away. It’s a lovely old building with original features, and both the hotel and rooms are clean, beautiful and well equipped. There’s no elevator, but the cascading marble staircase makes that less of an issue. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The service was great, and the staff were so friendly. The location’s close to the river and all the tailors, which was really handy. I had three lovely nights here. My ground-floor room at the back was quiet, with a private terrace and a view of the gardens. The room was spacious and had great bathroom facilities.
