2/10
Really disappointing. I booked through klook and had a confirmed, paid voucher, but when I arrived late at night the hotel was closed, locked, and dark, with heavy rain outside. I knocked for 55 minutes and got drenched before a lady finally came out and said there was no booking. I showed her the confirmed voucher, but she refused to accept it. I asked for any room so they could check the system in the morning. Then she said the elevator wasn't working, so I had to carry my suitcases up three floors with my fractured hand in plaster. This hotel is unreliable, and I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The owners are extremely friendly, and the room is in a central spot that's very quiet. It's a little old, but still comfortable to stay in.

My family stayed here and found the place very clean. The owner was educated, civil, and polite. Someone wrote that she was uneducated, but I think that says more about the person who posted that review.

The rooms are spacious and cool, and the owners are very enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel is lovely, and I'm very satisfied with it overall. Good value for the price.
