Sun Grand Feria

The service was the best.

The beach is only a few minutes' walk away, which was really convenient. Our family of five was comfortable in the clean, cool, lovely villa, and it had everything we needed: a kitchen, rice cooker, oven, pool, karaoke, and billiards table.

We rented a villa in the Mallorca area of Sun Grand Feria Ha Long. There are several areas in the luxury villa complex, and Mallorca is close to the sea and convenient for getting around. Our place had five spacious, clean bedrooms, an elevator, a private pool, a full kitchen, and a karaoke room on the fourth floor. The sea was about 100 steps away. A couple of things were frustrating. One bedroom on the second floor had two beds positioned right under the air conditioner, so the air blew directly on them and could make someone sick. Another issue was the AC controls: the main switch was in a third-floor bedroom, and changing its mode made the other rooms' air conditioners follow. When I called the housekeeper because I couldn't change the mode, she said pressing buttons randomly would mean calling a technician to fix it for 300k. Later, when she saw I was being harsh, she softened her tone and said the previous tenant had pressed buttons randomly and she had to pay 300k for a technician. It seemed she intended to get money from the customer. In the end, she didn't call anyone, but came up and pressed the buttons herself in the third-floor bedroom. The villa owner should pay attention to this when hiring a housekeeper.

There are hundreds, maybe thousands, of beautiful villas here with a Santorini style.
