Hang, the manager, was so kind and good at her job, and the receptionist was very helpful too, though I can’t remember her name. The property felt safe, quiet, and beautiful, with great hospitality and lovely people around. Breakfast was free and really good. I stayed for two nights, and it was one of my best experiences in a long time. Thank you, Hang and all your staff, for making it so wonderful. I’m definitely coming back with my family.

I wouldn’t choose to come back. The room looked nice, but the air conditioning behaved oddly: even when I set the temperature, it was either too hot or too cold. The pillows were painfully hard and ruined my sleep. Breakfast was okay, with a few options, and there’s a small rooftop pool, though no staff were there. They let us leave our bags after checkout, but when we returned, the luggage was sitting unattended in a corner by the doors. That didn’t seem very smart. The hotel itself was okay.

We got a sea-view room for a very reasonable price, and the staff were so polite and kind. The receptionist opened the door for us every time. Amazing hotel, highly recommended 😍😍😍❤️

The room was perfect and breakfast was included and nice. There’s also a fantastic rooftop with a pool and a great view. Everything was super nice.

The rooms felt modern and clean, and ours was really nice, with the biggest bed I’ve ever seen. Staff were friendly and helped with our bags. The sky bar has a great view. Getting to Ha Long city or the beach takes at least a 15-minute walk. My only complaint was the bright “do not disturb” switch in the room. It shone like a lamp at night and couldn’t be turned off.
