Getting around was easy since the hotel is close to Ha Long road. The owner was lovely and helpful, though the room felt cramped and the bathroom was quite small, likely because the rooms were partitioned to make the most of the space. There’s no hotel parking, so you have to leave the car on the street out front.

The place was clean and comfortable, and I was really happy with my stay. I first met the owner in the middle of the tourist area, and she was so warm and enthusiastic. If I get the chance to visit Ha Long again, I’ll definitely come back 🥰❤️

Such a lovely owner, and my room was incredibly clean. The hotel is painted a pretty pink too. Definitely worth a stay ❤️❤️

I wasn't satisfied with the hotel at all. The room was tiny and uncomfortable, and there was no shower gel or shampoo. When I asked, the staff only gave me a small amount. The toilet paper had ended up in the water, was yellow and so dry, yet it was still being used for guests.

At Bai Chay Central Hotel, the rates are quite cheap compared with similar hotels in the area, and there are different kinds of meeting rooms at below the local average price. The price also works well for groups. Service is very good and the staff are enthusiastic. People who have stayed here often seem to return to experience the hotel service, and you can feel at ease staying here.
