The Twin Hotel

The staff were kind and nice, and I appreciated that. The downtown location also has places nearby to walk to. But this was the dirtiest and most uncomfortable hotel I've stayed in. The sheets were yellow and stained, with holes and odd patchy marks. They said the marks were “bleach,” and we had to call reception to ask for clean sheets. The towels and pillows were drenched in perfume to cover the smell of not being washed. Smoking seemed allowed throughout the hotel: there were cigarette stands by the elevator, right outside rooms. Our room was beside one and reeked, so it didn't feel very kid friendly. I woke up to a dead beetle in the room, and there were dead beetles in the public bathroom too. The bathtub had a lot of hair in it. This is the worst condition I've ever seen in a hotel.
