The rooms and beds were clean and good. But I asked for my laundry back before it went to the laundry, and it still wasn't returned. When they eventually gave me the cleaned laundry, they said my item was in there, but it wasn't. I asked again and they couldn't give it back. I'd suggest writing things down next time and giving the note to the staff.

The room was nicely presented, with a clean bathroom and a good shower with warm water. There were a few stray hairs in the bedroom, maybe from the cleaner or a previous guest, but otherwise it was generally clean. Breakfast was okay. There was fresh fruit each day, including watermelon and oranges, plus hot dishes like rice, noodles, and spring rolls. Bread, a toaster, and jam were available too. You could ask for fresh fried eggs, though they cooked them in LOTS of oil.

The room had a bad smell when we arrived. Guests on our floor had been loud in the hallway all night, then started blasting music at 5 AM. Reception didn't help even after we told them what was going on. Anyone who cares about getting sleep shouldn't stay at this hotel, since the staff don't make sure guests can rest.

DIRTY! Black hair from the previous guests was all over the place, and the shower drain was full of hair too. Under the bed was filthy. We stayed because we were with a travel group and had come off an overnight train. Otherwise, we'd have left to find somewhere else.
