The apartment itself was great, with a lovely balcony view and the biggest bathroom I’ve had in any apartment. The bed was firm, which I’m not used to, but I still slept decently. We stayed two nights in a one-bedroom, one-bathroom place. The staff at check-in were friendly and explained the restaurants, pools, and other hotel offerings. Bellboys brought our luggage up from the car, they offered a handy late checkout, and checking out was straightforward. We needed to transfer to haiphong at 2pm. It’s away from the main area of harlong, but there’s a small shop at the front of the complex and food and drinks within walking distance. Construction nearby seemed to continue around the clock, though the loud noise stopped around 10pm on both nights. I’d stay again.

The construction out front runs 24/24 and is quite noisy. Jasmine helped arrange a very nice room, and it was great working with her. Mr. Thưởng and Mr. Long were really friendly and supportive.

I booked through booking.com at a very cheap price and got a real five-star experience. The apartment was fully furnished, clean, and fresh, with an incredible view from the room. Great facilities, a gym on the third floor, and a good location.

I keep coming back every two or three months and still enjoy the place. The balcony looks out over the beach, and breakfast is splendid with good service. Once I left my things behind, but Thu Thảo kindly arranged to send everything back to my home in Hanoi.

I’ve stayed here for longer stretches more than once, and the service and food have always been great. The view over Ha Long Bay is lovely too. Trisha deserves a special thanks for helping me whenever I text her.
