The pool was great, and the rooms were very comfortable and quiet. The staff were warm, welcoming, and polite. We’ll definitely come back.

2/10
The buffet food was awful, either far too bland or too salty, and people couldn’t finish their meals. Staff still tried to intimidate them. Service was extremely bad, with staff acting rudely and disrespectfully toward customers, yelling at and looking down on younger guests. Some staff seemed drunk and deliberately made things difficult for customers.

The pool was a little dirty, and the gym equipment was old or out of order. Even so, I had a good stay. The rooms were nicely equipped and well built, and it’s a really nice hotel I’d recommend.

I’m only reviewing the private dining room in the hotel basement. The dinners are quite fancy, with high-quality wine, lovely decorations, and a large parking lot. The staff are helpful, though not very talkative. I kind of like the atmosphere.

We had a clean room with a good view of the area, in a nice hotel near the middle of town. Breakfast was pretty ordinary, though. At night, we could smell someone smoking in the hallway from our room, and there also seems to be an indoor smoking area just outside the ground-floor restaurant.
