The room is basic, but very clean, and everything else was clean too. There's secure indoor parking for motorbikes, making this a great place to stop and rest.

The room was clean and didn't smell moldy, and the air conditioning worked. The hot water was properly hot. I paid 200k for a basic single, but the bed was extremely hard and its vinyl surface made me think of a hospital bed. The walls don't block sound, either. The owners' children kept me awake late and woke me early.

After being caught in rain all day while travelling the length of Vietnam, I was glad to find a heater in the room and a hot shower to warm me up. It made for a good stop.

The outside looks a bit worn, but inside the rooms are newly renovated, bright, and tidy. At 200k it's a good deal, especially since Ha Tinh doesn't have many accommodation choices and they generally aren't great value.

For 210.000 vnd a night, this is a decent hotel. The room was clean, the staff were polite and welcoming, and they provided bottles of water at check-in.
