The price was very affordable for the quality, and I'd gladly book here again. I had a fantastic stay, with a beautiful harbour view from my window that made each morning feel special. The staff were always smiling, friendly, and attentive. They even handled my laundry, which was a really convenient extra. I'd happily recommend the hotel for its value, comfort, and that unforgettable view.

Room service took care of the basics, bringing fresh towels and water and keeping things clean. The front desk ladies were charming and helpful, and even shared some of the roasted sweet potato they were eating. From the top floor, the scenery is amazing to wake up to every day. I'd recommend a visit for a memorable stay.

The staff were lovely, but the room was in poor shape and badly needed a deep clean. The air conditioning didn't work, and the fan had years of dust on it. We tried cleaning it ourselves, but there was far too much. The bathroom was worse: the floor was filthy, and the toilet seat and sink were covered in hair from the previous guest shaving. It clearly hadn't been cleaned or even checked. Avoid it, there are better places to spend your money.

The owner was very helpful, and we got by using Google Translate. He arranged scooters, took care of our laundry, and was willing to organize transport when we needed it. Our room matched the pictures: spacious, clean, and with a great view over the port. We were on the fifth floor, which had the highest view, and really liked it. We also arranged self-guided kayaks next door through smiley, and that was great value. A really good hotel experience.
