The room was tidy and the bed reasonably comfortable, but there was quite a lot of mold on the bathroom walls and ceiling. The location is good, with good local restaurants and motorbikes easy to hire. The staff were very helpful.

The location and prices were great, and the room was decent, but there were ants all over it. We were also missing a blanket, and the staff refused to give us one, then laughed at me. I really didn’t appreciate how they acted. The staff were terrible.

The place was average. The first room they showed us had no window and didn’t look like the picture. The second room was cheaper and better. Someone came to change our towels in the morning without knocking, unlocking the door while we were inside. Luckily, we weren’t naked. Around midnight, the fire alarm went off at least three times, and nobody explained whether we were in danger or what was happening. We rented a motorbike here and were sent to a petrol station where they overcharged us quite a lot. I understood that tourists are normally sent there to be ripped off. You can rent a bike for 80,000 VND. They also sell bus tickets to Da Nang for 250,000 VND. Don’t buy one here: it costs the same as elsewhere, but the company, Viet Nhat Travel, was terrible. The room photos and video are fake, and the actual place was bad. While I was at the beach in the morning, I didn’t even hand over my room key, but they had made my bed by the time I got back. Some cosmetics, a perfume bottle, and branded clothes were missing. The staff steal your things when you’re away. This hotel is run by thieves, so don’t be fooled by the attractive pictures.
