We stayed for three nights at Cozi Hotel, and it was probably the best hotel of our three weeks in Vietnam. The rooms were great, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The owners are a lovely family who really look after their guests. If you're looking for a hotel in Haiphong, Cozi won't disappoint. Thanks to the Cozi family for everything.

I paid 430k a night in 12/2020, and the service didn't justify that price. The blanket was thin, old, and too small for winter temperatures of 12-15 degrees Celsius. During my three-night stay, nobody cleaned the room, even though I put the cleaning tag on the door. I won't come back.

The staff were really helpful, and shops and the main park are an easy walk away. It's a good central spot by the river in Hai Phong.
