We arrived really late, but everyone was friendly and helpful. It’s a very beautiful place.

The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank the owner. Our taxi was late on the day of our flight, so she offered to drive us herself. We were already in her car and ready to leave when the taxi finally showed up. Such a kind thing to do!

People were super friendly, though unfortunately they don’t speak English. The room was nice, but the shower was strange. If you’re catching a flight from Cat Bi airport, the location works well. We had backpacks and walked there in the morning in less than 20 minutes. There’s not much else to do around here, so it’s really just a place to stop before a flight.

The room matched its description and was clean, with all the listed amenities. The staff were very nice, and they kindly brought us a heater when we asked. Even with it, the room was still really cold. There was also a very strong cigarette smell.

A cute little dog greets you at the front desk. The hotel was very clean and well looked after, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Lovely place.
