The pool is spacious and really nice, the breakfast was the best I’d had at a hotel in the two years I lived in vietnam, and the room had an amazing view. Vu Yen was very helpful at both check-in and check-out, and the hotel overall was great. The pool bar was the one downside: my friend waited a solid 50 minutes for a can of tiger, while I waited at least 30 minutes for my order, even though I was the only person there who’d ordered. Still, I’d definitely come back.

I’m staying in Room 1006 right now, and everything has been prompt and well organized, from check-in to the daily housekeeping. The room is well maintained, and the whole place feels set up with guests in mind. It’s been a highly commendable stay at Dream Dragon Resort, a dependable place to stay in Halong Bay.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and our room was modern, elegant, and very comfortable. We came for work, but it ended up feeling like a getaway. Dream Dragon Resort gave us a wonderful stay, and the staff made us feel cared for from the start. A special thanks to Nguyễn Thủy and Lưu Dung at reception. They were thoughtful and kind, and let us check in early so our two-year-old son could nap after the long trip. Lê Quang, the bartender and barista, was also friendly and accommodating with our little one, and made one of the best coconut coffees I’ve ever had. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and highly recommend the resort for a relaxing, family-friendly stay with outstanding service.

The views were fantastic, and the service was just the best. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We’ll be very sad to leave after such a wonderful stay, and highly recommend it.
