The staff were friendly, willing to help, and able to speak English and Korean. My room was spacious and clean, with new, attractive decor and a lovely soft bed. I slept really well during my stay. The location worked perfectly for getting to Cat Bi airport and the city center. I've returned to Grand Hill Hai Phong twice and highly recommend it.

I spent a month at Grand Hill Hai Phong and had a nice stay. The staff, including sophie and jenny, were cooperative and ready to help, and they speak English. The spacious, clean room had attractive new decor and a soft bed. There's also a well-equipped gym with new equipment, and laundry service. Vinmart and other local markets are within walking distance. They serve Indian and Korean breakfast from about 6.30am to 10am. I highly recommend Grand Hill Hai Phong.

They understand what customers want and know how to run the place. A fantastic hotel and apartment, and one of the best places to stay in Van Cao.
