A friend pointed me to this place, and I'm glad they did. The owner was welcoming and looked after me throughout. I got a really good massage from a professional masseuse who noticed I had lower back trouble even though I hadn't mentioned it. Very good service. I'll definitely go again.

I slept really well in the spacious, comfortable room. The hotel is close to the center and amenities, and when I stayed in summer the air felt cool. Service was very good, with attentive customer care and a cute, friendly owner. I'd choose this place again for my next vacation.

The place smelled moldy throughout, and our room was run-down, musty, with old walls that were really dirty. There was even blood on the bathroom wall, and roaches and other nasty bugs were in the room when we checked in. The AC didn't work. When we asked to switch rooms, the workers had a horrible attitude. There are ten better hotels on the same street. I do not recommend this place.

The service was awful, the rooms had a bad smell, and the prices felt high. We paid 500k VND for a two-bed room, and it was terrible for that price.

I booked a room ahead of my trip to Phu Quoc, and the booking was accepted. Once I arrived, I called to ask how to get there. Someone told me the hotel's phone number was wrong, and I had to find somewhere else to stay. I still don't understand why this happened.
