What stood out most was how welcoming everyone was. The place felt more like a home than a regular hotel, and the amenities were excellent. My one-bedroom apartment was modern, spotless, and incredibly spacious, with a properly warm bath and hot water as a nice extra. A big thank you to Ms. Oanh from sales and the receptionist working the night of 12th March, whose name I didn't catch. At 9PM, they were supportive and professional and sorted out a booking adjustment for me in just half an hour. The rooms were clean and spacious too. I exceeded my expectations here, and I'll be back soon. 5* service!

When a medical emergency meant we couldn't check in on the booked day, the staff let us stay another day free of charge. That showed real care for customer satisfaction, not just money. The apartment was fully equipped, clean, and had a comfy bed. Breakfast on the 11th floor was good, and the staff could speak and understand English. Highly recommended.

For a longer work stay in Haiphong, I think this service apartment would be a good fit. The room was very clean, and I really liked it. It was a studio with a compact kitchen, dining table, couch and living area, big TV, large bedroom, small work table, and a washing machine on the balcony. The building also has offices, a hotel, a cafe on the ground floor, and a Japanese restaurant on the 11th floor. It's an older building, which shows in the lobby and lifts. I've made several business trips to Haiphong this year, staying elsewhere before, and this time I tried Haiphong Tower with my teammates. It's in the central district. At about 1.1M per night without breakfast, it felt worth the price.
