Holiday Hotel 2

I found this local hotel reasonably priced, with a full-size room where there was space to move around. It has air conditioning and a fan, private car parking, and helpful staff. The location is great, and it's a good place to stay.

The location was good, though the condo room was just alright. There was no soap, chair, or couch.

I couldn't get any rest because staff kept knocking and arguing with me about when my booking ended. On December 19th around noon, they said my time was up and demanded another 400,000 VND. I explained that I had booked one night online, and they left. At midnight, the front desk came back, saying my time was up and offering a room change for an extra 400,000 VND. I said I would contact customer service, and they told me they'd return later. They came again at 1 AM. When I asked to stay until 6 AM, they said no, but offered a room change for 400,000 VND until midnight. I pointed out that the hotel had a 24-hour check-in period. They said they'd come back later, then knocked again at 1:30 AM. I showed them the booking confirmation on my phone and went to the front desk to show the checkout time, clearly listed as 11:59 PM on the 20th. They still said that wasn't right. I was speechless and told them to contact the platform staff. After more back and forth, I went back to my room. At 11 AM the next morning, they knocked again, saying my time was up and urging me to check out or pay extra to extend my stay. I packed reluctantly and checked out. It was an unbearable experience. To me, this felt like a way to scam money out of guests. Avoid this place.
