Set between the sea and hills in Đồ Sơn, Hòn Dấu Resort offers a quiet coastal stay with modern amenities and a mix of relaxation and activities. It's about 27 km from central Hai Phong and around 120 km from Hanoi, making it a peaceful escape near the coast for families, couples, and groups. Accommodation options include sea-view bungalows suited to couples or small families, spacious Deluxe Rooms with modern amenities, and luxurious villas for larger groups or private stays.

The building is gorgeous, and the lobby is amazingly beautiful. Unfortunately, the room my wife picked was much too small. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was only mediocre. The restaurant on the grounds, though, has excellent food and very good service.

There are several things to do at this resort. The mini zoo costs 80,000 VND to enter, and the waterpark is also 80,000 VND. Near the private beach, a mini café sells food and drinks at normal prices. The beach ticket is 30,000 VND, and there are fun rides too, including a mini rollercoaster, a train ride, and even a Hysteria-style drop tower.

There were no other guests at all, just our family of 5 across the whole resort. It's no surprise to me that nobody comes here. None of the restaurants were operating, and the reception staff weren't helpful. They couldn't use Google Translate or understand basic English. The breakfast buffet was empty. We only ate watermelon because there were just 4 eggs for 5 people, and they didn't even serve tea. A horrible experience. Don't come here.
