The staff were really nice and could communicate in English, which isn't all that common in Hai phong. The bedroom was good too. I still don't get why the shower is right in the middle of the toilet floor, but apparently that's the rule in Vietnam.

I hardly ever write reviews, but this felt worth saying: stay somewhere else. Nobody spoke any English at all. I didn't expect to have a full conversation, but they couldn't speak it at all. Customer service was nonexistent, and they were beyond rude, even with my expectations set very low.

The room was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only snag in Vietnam is the communication breakdown 😂
