The rooms are nice, clean, and quiet, though the Google photos show the more expensive rooms with views, so don't be misled. The staff are friendly, the hotel sits in the middle of old quarter, and the buffet had some of the better food we ate in Hanoi.

They arranged an airport transfer and were so concerned about traffic delays that I ended up waiting at the airport for hours. Our room was high up, what we think was the 8th floor, with a lovely view. It was a nice way to wrap up my trip before flying home. Breakfast was a fun little buffet, and a chef made noodles to order. I was quite sick that morning, though, so I couldn't eat.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from: several meats including bacon, a solid omelette station, freshly squeezed juices, cereal, bread, and other Vietnamese items. I also really liked how friendly the staff were. Annie helped a lot when I arrived and speaks English very well, which is rare in the Old Quarter, especially at hotels.

It was the quietest room we had in Hanoi, which made sleeping easy. The room was clean and the price was okay. Service and location were great, and breakfast was good, but there's no gym. The bathroom wasn't desirable, with maroon-colored fixtures for the toilet, tub, and sink. Nothing special.

The bed was firm but comfortable, and the large bathroom was clean. I stayed one night without any issues and got delicious watermelon juice when I arrived. Breakfast was tasty, with fresh juice and an omelette bar. The spot is amazing, very walkable around the old quarter and close to the night market and lots of good food.
