I was excited to find a cheap, clean place after seeing all the good reviews, but I was wrong. As soon as I stepped into the room, I saw three burnt cigarettes on the floor. It was clearly not cleaned. The woman had just brought us up and shown us the room, so I couldn’t believe what I found right away. It left a bad taste in my mouth, and I felt really anxious about the lack of cleanliness. Luckily I only had to stay two nights. The photos don’t really show what the place looks like either.

For $13 a night, it’s admittedly still a steal, but the owner and the construction noise made it a 1/5 for me. The place is being renovated, so you’ll hear drills, jackhammers, and other equipment sometime between roughly 7am and 7pm. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Still, the old lady who seems to own the place with her family accused me of not paying, even though I’d paid her directly in cash the day before. She never gave me a receipt. Reservations and payments are tracked in an old paper book, and she clearly can’t keep the records organized. Thankfully, a friendly Vietnamese man helped translate and calm things down, but being accused like that was awful.

I couldn’t stay there and lost my money. There’s no receptionist, and they didn’t answer when I called. Really disappointing, please stay away from this hotel.

The service was the best I've ever experienced. I'll come back here again.
