This is a very old hotel, and what I found on arrival was nothing like the online photos. I believe they cheated me out of a day's room fee. When I got there, they wouldn't let me check in and gave me several excuses. They said they'd contact the platform about a refund after I left, but then they didn't answer the platform's verification call or respond to its email. I ended up losing the room fee unfairly. Very dishonest.

They charged 350k VND for four hours, even though the quoted rate was 50k VND per hour. The staff treated customers extremely badly and unpleasantly. I won't return, and I recommend others do the same.

The room was clean and the price seemed reasonable for the four nights I stayed, though it was a little old and missing things like a water heater and an iron. Its location right in the middle of To Lich street was a downside because it smelled quite bad. Food options were about 1 or 2 kilometers away from the main road.
