6/10
The rooms feel spacious, the furnishings seem fairly new, and the staff were very good. We had to take taxis to reach restaurants and bars because there’s very little nearby. I was also concerned about petrol scooters being parked in reception and in front of the lift, which seemed like a fire hazard.

We found it quiet despite the central location, and the staff were friendly. The apartment was new and the price was affordable. A great place to stay in Haiphong.

A big, well-equipped room that was extremely clean, and very good value.

The room itself was okay, but the service was awful. The reception staff on the day shift were especially rude.

There are plenty of good restaurants close by, and the lake is only 200 meters away. Trainstreet and the train station are also easy to reach on foot. It’s a lovely little hotel, with helpful, super friendly staff and excellent value for money.
