The room and hotel looked great, with thoughtful decorations that gave the place a lovely atmosphere. The man at reception was extremely kind and considerate, and I really appreciated his suggestion to bring my motorcycle inside for the night. Unfortunately, I found many cockroaches in both my room and the hallway. I haven’t run into this problem at a hotel in a long time, and I strongly feel the hotel needs to deal with it urgently.

I got stranded in Hai Phong at 05:00 because of the typhoon, after missing my bus to Cat Ba. I was very glad they could check me in at that hour. The service was great and friendly, and the rooms were nice. The location is convenient too, near a big street where you can grab a coffee. I’d recommend staying here.

The room had lovely decor and was fairly comfortable for the price. It’s close to the city, and Do Son beach is about 30-40m away. Service was pretty good too. I’d suggest it to friends visiting.
