My stay at Nam Cuong Hotel was very bad. Problems were ignored, guest requests weren't handled properly, and there was no sign of responsibility or care. Receptionists were rude and unfriendly, speaking to guests in an unacceptable way, while the security staff were just as harsh and disrespectful. Basic hospitality skills seemed to be missing, and the overall service was poorly managed and inefficient. For a hotel of this level, that quality is completely unacceptable. I'd advise future guests to reconsider unless the hotel improves its staff professionalism and service standards.

The hotel was a complete disappointment, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it. Its quality doesn't live up to its reputation. The operation felt disorganized and unprofessional, with service far below an acceptable standard. Requests were dealt with slowly or ignored, and staff showed no responsibility or willingness to help. Reception staff were careless and rude, lacking basic customer service skills. Instead of helping, they spoke arrogantly and dismissively.

I was on a business trip in North Vietnam. The bed was especially good, and I had a wonderful night's sleep :) Breakfast was great too, with lots of choices. I'd recommend the coffee with milk.

I stayed here for a few days, and the staff were so nice and helpful. The food was good, too. The design is a bit old, but it has a classic, traditional feel and looks really clean. The room was very nice, though the lighting could be improved since it was a bit dark. It's definitely one of the best hotels I've tried in Vietnam.
