The room is really run-down.

The staff’s attitude was awful, regardless of the room price. The room was small and dirty, and after we’d booked, we were told none were available. They said we could stay if we paid a 500k deposit, to be refunded at checkout the next morning. We checked out at 6 am, but then they said we owed extra because we’d booked too early. We’d made the booking around 6 pm the night before. Why didn’t they tell us about this when we booked?
