The Ruriken Onsen at Seva Spa inside the Flamingo Cat Ba Resort felt like a peaceful place to relax and recharge, with modern, artistic design. There are five baths, including a cold plunge, stream, and sauna. My favorite was the bath with a natural mineral mix sourced from the original Onsen in Gifu province, Central Japan. It was gorgeous and blissful. The service was outstanding. Mr. Tiên was attentive and helpful, and Ms. Hà Trang gently guided me to the Onsen and pool features. At reception, Ms. Thái An was patient and knew the facilities well. She also recommended spa facial services by the French brand Ella Baché and some excellent massage options. Ms. Thúy coordinated wonderfully with the team, and manager Mr. Tiến Dũng clearly leads a customer-focused group that works well together. I wholeheartedly recommend Seva Spa. I’m looking forward to my massage later today. Bon Voyage, and enjoy your travels at Seva Spa, Flamingo Cat Ba Resort.

Bao Hung from the Front Office team kindly helped us with an early check in. He was professional, friendly, and his support was much appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay, and I especially enjoyed the VR game area. It was a lot of fun and brought something unique to our visit. The spa was amazing too, with a relaxing atmosphere and professional, rejuvenating service. I’d highly recommend the hotel and would definitely return.

Ms. Mai Anh was incredibly generous and supportive when our child’s bag went missing. She spent a lot of time contacting the cab driver and port authorities to help track it down. Her patience, dedication, and real care for guests left a strong impression on us. We had a wonderful week in Vietnam and met many lovely people, but she was at the top of the list. Her effort made us respect Flamingo Hotel even more, and Vietnam as a country too. Our stay in Cat Ba was exceptional, and Flamingo Cat Ba made the trip even more memorable with its top-notch service. Highly recommended, and we’re deeply grateful for the hospitality.

Heip made our hotpot dinner a lovely evening. He patiently explained everything, checked in on us regularly, and chatted with us about Vietnamese delicacies and things to do for the rest of our trip. The restaurant closes at 10:00 PM, but he kindly stayed past his working hours so we could take our time. We really appreciated that. The meal was excellent, and we felt like we’d made a friend. We had a wonderful evening and will definitely come back. Thank you so much, Heip!

Thuy at reception was so kind and helpful, and spoke great English. We had a great stay in Cat Ba, with spacious rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, and a nice play area for kids. The restaurant food was delicious, and the location was perfect. A great choice for families with young children. Highly recommend! 🌟
