Everything I needed was in this clean, modern apartment, and it worked well for both business and leisure. The host and staff responded super fast and helped with every request right away. 10/10!
The staff were so welcoming and friendly, always ready to help us with a smile. The apartment was spotless and well looked after, with everything we needed to feel at home. I'd definitely stay here again.
Good area, clean apartment, and fully equipped, all for a great price. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I'll definitely come back.
Avoid the 123 Apartment sales team. We booked directly with them, but after we arrived and waited, they said the room wasn't available. They called another hotel and arranged a transfer, but that place had no room either. Our family of more than ten, including elderly people and kids, was exhausted after waiting three hours with nowhere to move in. A young agent came to speak with us but couldn't resolve anything. We kept calling the number we booked through, and nobody answered. It felt like a scam. Zero stars.
The staff were what made the stay feel so warm. They were welcoming and quick to help whenever we needed anything. The apartment was spotless and had everything we could want, making it as convenient as being at home. I'd choose this place again next time.
