I had a wonderful stay at Wink Hotel Hai Phong, and Loan deserves special mention for her kindness and attentive service. I had brought some fruit with me, and she offered to peel and prepare it at no extra charge. Her warm smile and the extra care she showed made my visit memorable. The staff are excellent, and I highly recommend the hotel.

The rooftop was a highlight for our group of friends: we enjoyed the pool in the evening, with the sparkling lights, city views, music, and plenty of drinks at the bar. I stayed at Wink Hai Phong Centre Hotel on January 15, 2026, and found the rooms clean, comfortable, and fitted with modern audiovisual equipment. Breakfast had a good mix of European and Asian dishes for different ages. It was a very pleasant visit, and I’d gladly come back.

The 24-hour stay policy was especially appreciated. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and service was excellent. I also liked the effort to reduce single-use plastic, with glass bottles and a water refill station downstairs.

The team really stood out, especially Mars, whose professionalism and trustworthiness left a strong impression on me. He was cheerful, friendly, and enthusiastic. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, even if the buffet selection wasn’t huge. 🥰🥰
