Rosie from the restaurant was so kind and took great care of us throughout our stay. We also liked the location, the decor in the rooms and shared spaces, the comfortable beds, pool, jacuzzi, small gym, and breakfast selection. But on our last day, the housekeeper cleaning our room made us feel unwelcome. Weekend breakfast was another letdown: although it’s listed as ending at 10:30am, they start clearing things away around 9:30am and don’t replenish what runs out. With the service falling short of what the price suggests, we wouldn’t stay again.

Breakfast staff were accommodating with my gluten-free allergy, even though it seemed complicated at first. The room was very clean and well equipped, and the service was exceptional. The rooftop pool was the best one we had during all our stays. We’d absolutely come back next time we’re in Hanoi.

The Sky Bar was a real highlight, with its music, pool, and relaxed atmosphere. I also appreciated the thoughtful gift at the end of my stay, such a memorable touch. My room was beautiful and well equipped, and the bed and incredibly soft sheets made it especially comfortable. Service was professional, attentive, and always available. Breakfast was fresh, colorful, and delicious. I loved my time here, thank you for a wonderful experience 🙏 I’d happily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

The hotel sits back from the road, so the room was quiet, and it was easy to walk around the old quarter. Train street was just a two-minute walk away. Breakfast had fantastic choices, so don’t skip the banh mi. The rooftop pool and bar were great too, and happy hour from 5 to 7 pm had spot-on Expresso martini’s. I also had a great nail and foot massage next door, only 250 for French polish.
