Living in Park 3 for two years felt like a sentence. The walls and windows were cheap and thin, so there was noise from neighbors, traffic, tennis, and the pool. Cigarette butts regularly landed on balconies, parking was cramped, and there was no proper place for taxis or deliveries to wait. Security and reception came across as unprofessional or indifferent. Central 3 was a completely different experience. Staff were polite, professional, and proactive, and the building was quieter, better maintained, and managed with more care. The sound insulation was noticeably better, and there was a proper setup for deliveries and guest arrivals. The community seemed more respectful, too. I haven’t seen a cigarette fall from the sky there. If you’re choosing a Vinhomes building, Central 3 is where the standard is set. Park 3 is where it got dropped.

The suited receptionist in the lobby doesn’t understand English and treats foreigners very badly. Foreign visitors should be cautious and avoid speaking with the lobby receptionist. Du ma!

I’ve been in Vietnam for a six-month work trip, and I’ve never seen people so uncivilized about dogs and cats. They get scared and run off. The security guards are incredibly annoying, especially the guys in fake military clothes, who harass you for having a dog as if they’ve never seen one. I can’t wait to get out of this jungle.

I was away on business on May 14th and 16th, so I asked for a package to be left in my mailbox. When I came back, it was gone. I asked the delivery man who delivered on the 16th, and he said nothing had been delivered on the 14th. Two packages have disappeared. That means someone opened a mailbox that wasn’t theirs. I couldn’t find the packages, and reception just told me they couldn’t help. This is an expensive, rubbish apartment where thieves live, and there’s no CCTV. I chose the place for security and convenience, but it’s been awful. There are much better options elsewhere.
