The room stayed spotless and well stocked, and it felt like a home away from home. Housekeeping kept it comfortable and clean throughout. Check-in was easy when I arrived, and the staff were so friendly, always smiling and making an effort to take care of whatever I needed.

We chose this affordable hotel for a business trip, and the facilities were quite good for the price. The main difficulty was communication: the staff's limited English made it hard to sort out any issues. It also seems they don't serve breakfast or other meals. Still, it was a decent budget option.

It's on a side street, so nights are fairly quiet. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are friendly. Ewan deserves a special mention.

The building had some nice points: an elevator, a window opening onto a quiet alley, decent AC and wifi, a mini fridge, free water bottles and a dispenser, plus instant coffee and tea. But the room wasn't very clean. I found hair from the previous guest, which made the later charge for a washable stain feel especially ridiculous. The bathroom has no vents, and the lobby sofas are also used by staff for naps, something that may surprise first-time visitors to this kind of hotel in Vietnam. There’s a mini bar with paid items like instant noodles, and checking it all takes a long time at checkout. It would make more sense to sell those things at reception. The checkout was the worst part and cost them my future business, along with a few stars. Early in the morning, a man spent ten minutes inspecting my room, then asked for 50k over a blood stain. I’d had one drop from my eczema, nothing like a nosebleed. I said they could wash it with bleach, but he insisted it would make cleaning harder, so he charged me. After weighing the good and bad, I’d call the hotel average. That seemed like a very short-sighted business decision.
