I love the cozy decor here. It's simple but has a warm feel, and the room was tidy with fresh sheets and towels. The location is great, with everything I needed easy to find within 50m. I'd book again when work brings me to HCMC. Thanks for everything!
The host and staff are super friendly, and they were really helpful with suggestions for restaurants, coffee shops and interesting local spots. The room itself was good, with cozy decor and a nice view. I'd recommend this place to everyone.
THE DOWNTOWN HOMSTAY made our three weeks in Ho Chi Minh City wonderful while we visited relatives and enjoyed Vietnamese TẾT 🧧. The manager and his Assistants were especially friendly, thoughtful and helpful. The location is right at Saigon Downtown, with Good Food RESTAURANTS and Famous streets for SHOPPING nearby, and the price is NOT EXPENSIVE. Our room was COMFORTABLE and had everything we needed: a Queen Bed, Air Conditioning and Stand Fan, plus a clean Full bathroom with Hot & Cold water and a toilet inside. There was also a Kitchen with a Microwave, Hot&Cold water machine, Coffee Maker and Refrigerator with Freezer for ice cubes, as well as a 4-burner Stove, cooking ware and dishes. We especially liked having a Laundry room with Washer & Dryer machines. Thank you for making our stay so good!
When I come back to Saigon, I'd definitely stay at Loc's again. The rooms are clean and have everything you need, and the price is very reasonable. I prefer this spot to one on the Walking street because it's too loud over there, though it's still just around the corner if you want to go. There's a counter on the first ground floor where you can order drinks and snacks, and the people there are happy to share Saigon tips and recommendations. You can get a Vietnamese coffee and chat with them. The friendly counter staff and host make the place even better. That's fantastic.
Right in the head of the city, with lots of amenities around. The rooms are clean and the staff are enthusiastic. Nice.
