The apartment quality is decent, and the location works well. There's a good Japanese restaurant nearby, fruit stands around the corner, and a Lote supermarket about a five-minute walk away. One surprise: a school across the road plays the national anthem at 8 a.m. on Mondays, louder than a nightclub. There's no one at reception if you book, so contact them beforehand with your arrival time. Otherwise, you may be left outside locked doors. I had to call their local number and ask someone to let me in.

The place was well ventilated and had excellent soundproofing. Service was good and the prices were reasonable. I'd come back more often if I had more money.

The rooms and facilities were comfortable and well equipped, and the staff were friendly and cheerful. The service was excellent. Worth a stay.

They don't clean every day, and there's no reception on site, so it's best to email your check-in and check-out times ahead of time. They replied quickly, so I had no trouble.
