The penthouse on the 8th floor looked promising at first, with a spacious room and modern design. But we ran into several problems. The towels were very dirty and smelled like something burnt, which I found unacceptable for any hotel, especially this kind of room. During our stay, staff also arrived to repair the outlets without warning, which felt unprofessional and interrupted our privacy. When it rained heavily, water came through the kitchen ceiling. One evening there was no cold water, so we couldn’t take a normal shower. The staff couldn’t sort it out or explain what was happening. The receptionist spoke almost no English. For this price, I expected a much higher standard. There’s potential here, but cleanliness, maintenance, and communication all need attention.

The rooms were a little small, but we had a lovely view of Ngoc Khanh lake. I stayed with my Husband and family on our Hanoi trip and we had a good experience at Irest. They let us check in early and helped us as much as they could. My dad left his electric toothbrush behind, and the staff delivered it to my home in Danang within one day, which was fabulous. For the price, I highly recommend this hotel.

Miss Uyên at reception was so kind and helped us with everything, from arranging Grab rides to suggesting restaurants. We really appreciated her help. There were four of us staying in the suite at iRest Hotel in Hanoi, and the room and location were great. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything was just perfect!

I booked a Deluxe King room. It was on the small side, but comfortable and big enough for two. The view over the lake made the stay feel calm and relaxing. The hotel has a really nice, modern minimalist look, and it feels clean and stylish. A pleasant stay if you like good design and a great view.
