The motorbike we rented from the hotel was in excellent condition and made our trip even better. Our stay was wonderful too. The staff were so kind, attentive, and caring that we felt genuinely welcome. Thank you for the warm hospitality. We’d love to come back.

We stayed at the hotel before and after the Ha Giang loop. The rooms were modern and clean, and breakfast was amazing. What stood out most was how much the staff helped us, especially Johnny at reception. He gave us incredible support, even with situations unrelated to the hotel. He was always ready with help or advice and checked that we were okay, whatever the issue. We’d absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for real hospitality as well as a place to sleep.

You can arrange a motorbike rental or tour right at the hotel, and they give you all the advice you need for the loop. The staff were helpful and spoke fluent English. The room was perfect, with a comfy bed and everything clean. The hotel also seems very new. Happy to recommend it!

We loved the room, and the staff made the stay delightful. They were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We didn’t rent a bike from them, but the bikes all looked well cared for. Thanks so much. I’d highly recommend them.
