The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in went smoothly. The basic cleanliness was fine, and the hotel has the essentials for a short or business stay. It felt much like other A25 properties I’ve visited. The main drawback is how dated the place looks. The furniture and decor seem old, and the room layout isn’t especially appealing. Updating the furnishings and giving the interior a more modern feel would improve the atmosphere and comfort. It was still a functional, dependable stay, but I’d give A25 Hotel – 223 Bach Mai 4 out of 5. The service was good and the facilities adequate, though the hotel needs renovation.

OMG, this was an “open room” kind of place. One of the worst service experiences I’ve had. The room was really old, and there were several condoms in the cabinet drawer. 😟

You can spot the hotel easily from the road, and the reception staff are helpful. The room amenities and service overall were good.

Nothing fancy, just an average Joe kind of hotel. Clean and comfy.
