We had a pleasant, comfortable stay and appreciate the hotel's team for their support. The staff were helpful and courteous the whole time. We're vegetarian, so we didn't try the food.

I arrived on June 2 and was given room 1001. It seemed promising until I noticed mould beside the door frame and on the ceiling. I was moved to 1005, but after 10 minutes there, I found the air conditioning wasn't working. I'm outraged by this, especially with it being 37 C outside.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, the staff were good, and the noise was comfortable. The hotel is a little way from the Old quarter, which worked out well. It’s clean and budget friendly, but there’s nothing fancy about the service. The central aircon didn’t seem to do much, so we ended up using the wall fan. A decent budget stay if you keep your expectations in check.

We got upgraded to a VIP room, and it had a heater, which was the most useful thing for us. The room was clean, fresh, and packed with facilities, including some unexpected bits like a sewing kit, buttons, nail cutter, cotton buds, and even condoms. Breakfast had a nice selection, and check-in and checkout were quick and easy. The place is in a quiet neighbourhood not far from the Old quarter. A few things needed attention: the keycards didn’t work at first but were replaced, the bathtub sink wouldn’t close properly, and the doorbell was broken, which caused confusion when food was delivered. Also, not everyone at the front desk spoke English.

Had a nice stay with A25. The food was good and the hotel was excellent. For Jain guests, it’d be nice if they added a few more items like poha, Upit, and khakara. Thanks, Sunil Shah, JSG Diamond Pune, India.
