I've stayed here a few times for work. The place is clean, and it's handy having several WinMart supermarkets nearby. There are lots of restaurants around too.

The room looked just like the pictures, and the staff were keen to help. I stayed here for a business trip near the University of Commerce. There are plenty of cafes to relax in and lots of restaurants with quite tasty food. The price and service were good, and the location made things convenient.

I paid for a room through the app, but when I arrived the receptionist said the app was locked and there was no booking notification. He later called the manager, who confirmed he could see the reservation. The app hadn't said that a double room could only fit two people, though, and the receptionist was rude. When he got up to call the manager, I heard him say, "if you guys want to argue, I will argue with you." I asked for a refund, and the manager said he'd sort it out the next day. It's now been two days and nothing has been resolved.

The price was high for the service I got. I'd have been better off staying at an Airbnb, and I won't come back.
