Maidza Hanoi

The breakfast had plenty of choices, though the restaurant is on the ground floor, has no windows, and felt a little small for a large group eating at once. We only stayed one night, arriving around 11-11:30 pm after a long flight. The young man at reception checked us in quickly and with a smile, and the bellman brought our supper to the room about 15 minutes after we ordered, wishing us a good dinner too. We'd read about the views from the upper floors. We were given a lake-view room on the highest floor, but were too tired to take it in. Still, having an upper-floor room felt worthwhile. At checkout, someone from sales asked how our stay and food had been, then chatted with us while we waited for the airport car. It may have been part of his job, but we appreciated the attention and felt very well treated. The service was excellent, and the quiet setting seems suitable for couples, families, or business travelers.
