A nice place to stay.

The reception team made a strong impression on me. The desk is staffed around the clock, and the employees were enthusiastic and ready to help with check-in, check-out, and other requests. There’s free Wi-Fi in the rooms and shared areas, plus laundry service and help arranging an airport shuttle if you ask. Breakfast may not be included, depending on the booking and timing, but it’s easy to find food nearby among the homes and schools. Queen's Hotel sits down Lane 9/34 Tran Quoc Hoan in Cau Giay District, away from the main-road noise. That makes it a quiet, private-feeling base for work or for exploring the western side of Hanoi. Hanoi National University, office blocks, and shopping areas are nearby, and My Dinh Bus Station and My Dinh National Stadium are fairly easy to reach. The building is fairly basic, with a modern look, and has been renovated since 2017. My room was clean and comfortable, with a sensible layout and a moderate amount of space. The Superior Double Room and Deluxe Room options come with the basics, including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and free toiletries. Guests often mention that the rooms are comfortable and clean. It’s a good mid-range option for a short holiday or work trip if you want somewhere quiet and convenient in Cau Giay.

The room smelled bad as soon as I checked in, and it wasn't clean. I asked them to change the bed, but they only folded it back and left the old bedding in place, including hair and things from the previous guest. For a 3-star hotel, it was worse than many motels I've stayed in. Think carefully before booking.
