Queen Light Hotel

Getting around was easy from this convenient spot, near attractions and transport. Our room was cozy and had the essentials, and the hotel was clean and well cared for. Mr. Bien was especially friendly and attentive, and the rest of the staff made check-in and service easy. A comfortable, hassle-free stay.

Bien, the Manager, was attentive and helpful throughout our visit, and his hospitality made it more memorable. The Old Quarter location made exploring easy. We found the rooms and shared areas clean and well maintained, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that felt like home. I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting.

I really liked having a dark, quiet room for sleeping. There was no window, which worried me at first, but the street outside stays noisy late, so it worked out well. The room had rustic charm and nice colors. It was cleaned and restocked each day, and the staff even put a replacement plastic bag on the nightstand just where I'd left mine for rubbish. Such attention to detail. Bien, Dan, Hà, and the rest of the team were great. Dan and Hà checked in on me after I landed and arranged airport rides both ways. When I came back tired from a day trip with dehydration sickness, she kindly ordered bun oc and brought it to my room. Bien also found me affordable, quick trips to Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay after my Viator booking fell through. That was especially helpful during Tet, when places were filling up. I'd stay here again and recommend it to anyone in the Old Quarter.

Mr Biên was quick to sort things out and helped us book tours to Halong Bay and Nihn Bin. We followed his suggestions and were glad we did. His staff were just as prompt and helpful. Queen Light Hotel is right in the heart of Old Quarter, with a short walk to all the places. The rooms were good too. I'd recommend staying here for an easy Old Quarter visit.
