I booked an overnight room on January 24, 2024, with check-in that day and check-out on January 25, as the email showed. When I contacted the hotel, they told me I could use the room for only two hours. I disagreed and asked them to cancel the booking and refund me, but they refused. They hung up and stopped replying to my calls and messages. This felt like customer fraud.
