Cleanliness was the one thing that was perfect here. The reception and service staff were sullen, though they seemed well intentioned. Noise levels were very high, which I associate with the many Middle Eastern customers they receive. The dry cleaning was terrible: they returned my laundry stained three times, and I had to throw one pair of pants away. They only apologized, then made the same mistakes again on different occasions. They couldn't even handle reservations because the staff didn't speak English.

The location was very convenient, breakfast was good, and the price was reasonable compared with nearby hotels. But I stayed in a VIP room and found the condition disappointing. The bathroom fixtures and surfaces seemed old and poorly maintained, with signs of drainage problems and general wear. Some spots looked unclean or neglected, and the furniture seemed outdated (with rega. It's an okay option if price and location matter most, but the rooms need improvement.

The room was spacious and had useful everyday items. The staff spoke only a little English, but they were polite and helpful. Good location, and good pho for breakfast!
