A25 Premium Hotel - 12 Pho Hue

My friends and I stayed from 20 December until 23 December, and everything was awesome. The reception staff were great and helpful, and the hotel price was just right. For a business trip, the room had all the essentials I needed for working and resting, and the atmosphere was quiet enough to be productive. The location was convenient for getting around, housekeeping kept the room in good shape, and the facilities were well maintained. I found the stay comfortable and would consider the hotel a good option for business or a short visit, especially if parking isn't important. A few things didn't go as expected. There's no hotel parking lot, so drivers have to park some distance away. Check-in at the front desk felt slow, and my room didn't seem fully ready when I arrived. I had booked one bed but was given two smaller beds instead. Even with those issues, I'd rate the stay 4 out of 5, solid and reliable, with a few things to improve.

The rooms are clean and spacious, and have that home away from home feeling. I stay here often because the value is good and the service is friendly every time. It's a warm, charming, and hospitable hotel, with a capable, helpful staff.

The price felt fair for the excellent service, and the staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. It's conveniently close to downtown, so the location is great. If you're traveling to this city, it's a worthwhile place to stay.
