Mr.Ryan and Ms.Tea set up a WhatsApp group after I booked to check if I needed anything. They arranged my airport pickup for 320 000VND, sent a full list of information, activities, restaurants, and a jewelry shop for currency exchange, and helped me sort out an issue with my SIM card. The host team is amazing, and the location is great. I can only recommend it.

Great location, clean room, and good value. Everything was lovely, and I'd stay again. The only little issue was that the hairdryer wasn't very good.

Really clean, with a great location and welcoming hospitality. We'll definitely come back on our next Hanoi trip. Thanks to the An Family Homestay team! 😄

The host was so sweet and helpful, easily worth five stars on her own. The homestay is in the Old Quarter, in the centre of Hanoi, and the rooms look aesthetic and have the necessary amenities. Cleanliness and hygiene are well maintained, and the price is reasonable.

Pretty sure we ate at this same place. The fried beef pho was great.
