There's no reception here. This is a residence room rental, not a hotel or business hotel. They email the check-in instructions the day before, and you're expected to take your own trash out when you leave. Even from the 28th floor I could hear traffic horns outside, so it may not suit anyone who's sensitive to noise.

I stayed in three different rooms, and their quality wasn't quite the same. The host was thoughtful and kind to me throughout, though, and took good care of guests. The rooms seem to differ a bit from place to place. I'd get in touch and stay with them again if I have plans to come back.

The facilities are good, including the amenities. My room in s2 was clean, but the management in s3 was a bit of a concern. Just something to keep in mind.
